Vikram's diverse professional background includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Hospitals' Telehealth vertical, where he leads two companies with the goal of making healthcare more affordable. Prior to that, he was the CEO & Director of Steeplejack, Vice President of Express Retail (Big Apple - A Future Group Company), General Manager at Patissier's Gallery, and Territory Manager at Barista Coffee Company Limited.

He has a proven track record of effective business modeling, customer service, administration, feasibility analysis, marketing and branding, and has been a part of various start-up teams. Vikram studied Healthcare Management Professional at the Indian School of Business, PGDBM in Marketing from the Symbiosis institute of Management Studies, and Management from the Institute of Management (IHMCT).
