Vikram Patel is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at DocVita, a start-up offering a voice-enabled medical assistant service. He is an alumnus of IIT Indore, having graduated in 2016, and is a co-founder of Chota Hospital, a platform that supports medical professionals in providing connected and intelligent patient care. Before dedicating his efforts full-time to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Vikram engaged in research focusing on Quantum-based neural network classifiers.
During his academic journey at IIT Indore, Vikram Patel was actively involved in various initiatives. He was a core member of the Student Entrepreneurship Support Cell (SESC), an NEN E-leader, and served as the Treasurer for Fluxus 2015, the institute's techno-cultural fest. Additionally, he contributed his skills and time to create an event management portal for the Blind People Association in Ahmedabad.
Vikram Patel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), Computer Science and Engineering degree from IIT Indore, where he maintained an impressive GPA of 7.71 out of 10. Prior to his undergraduate studies, he excelled in his secondary education at Sheth C.N. Vidyalaya in Ahmedabad, achieving a remarkable 99.98 percentile in 12th grade and 91.87% in 10th grade.
His professional experience spans roles such as Co-Founder and CTO at DocVita, where he applies his technological expertise to drive the development of innovative healthcare solutions. Previously, he held the position of Co-Founder and CTO at Chota Hospital (P) Ltd, focusing on enhancing the delivery of patient care services. Vikram also gained insights from his tenure as a Software Developer Intern at UPsQool.com and an Internship Trainee at Refresh, now part of LinkedIn since 2015. Additionally, he served as a Junior Research Fellow at the Artificial Intelligence Labs at IIT Indore.
