Vikram Mahidhar

Vikram Mahidhar is a seasoned professional specializing in data, analytics, and digital transformation. He currently serves as an Operating Partner at Apollo Global Management Inc., where he leads the Data & Digital Transformation efforts within the Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions (APPS) group. In this role, he focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation to enhance operational capabilities and create value across Apollo's private equity portfolio companies.145

Before joining Apollo in August 2021, Mahidhar held leadership roles at Genpact as Senior Vice President, where he spearheaded global digital transformation initiatives and built an AI solutions business. He also co-founded RAGE Frameworks, an AI solutions company acquired by Genpact, and worked at Deloitte in various innovation-focused leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Accenture and served as a research assistant at MIT.136

Mahidhar is also a member of the Board of Directors at Cengage Learning Holdings II, Inc. since 2023 and 25m Evolve since 2024.23 Academically, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and a graduate degree in Systems Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).136
