• Ran a central program management team to drive planning, execution and delivery of cloud and platform services. Led strategic initiatives and special projects. Oversaw Rhythm of the Business process for the organization and coordinated across Yahoo!.
• Managed $120M+ global budget. Led group partnership with HR and recruiting.
• Proxy for the SVP in organizational, strategic, prioritization and budget decisions including redistribution of resources, project trade-offs and operational reviews. Drove preparation for executive reviews and participated as needed.
• Collaborated with team leads to design the group’s organizational structure and functional map; partnered with Chief Architects to develop a three-year strategy.
