Crunchit is an AI-powered product analytics solution that sets up within 2 mins (bye-bye months of event planning and datasheets), auto-tracks every single event in your product, processes them intelligently to make it immune to code or copy changes (bye-bye tacking code management) and ensures that as long as you have a question, you get an answer.

As an entrepreneur, when I was dealing with business development, many experiments (marketing ones such as SEO, digital advertising, lead generation etc.) and product ones such as machine learning-based prediction, risk management, UX enhancements, data insights etc.) would often result into never-ending queries and dabbling between possibilities in my head. I would often run into scenarios where we would launch a new feature or even connect a new data warehouse; the extent to which we had the power to analyze was limited. It took months to set up analytics, and there was always a feeling of not being informed enough. A few of my friends also faced similar problems, and worst of all, if the engineer in charge of the tracking code was not available for whatever reason, the learning curve would be very high for everyone else. You’ll probably work for a DAO in the future. If NFTs were any craze, DAOs are going to be bigger. At DAOLens, we were working on the infrastructure for the organizations of the future. When we started the journey, 70% of the founders wanted a community-first approach, and they still do! With decentralization, every single activity that we take for granted in a traditional org, such as where we discuss, how we even get onboarded, how we train, how we get paid, how we decide, how we align between tasks etc., all need to be reimagined as in the world of cryptocurrencies, tokens and on-chain credentials (NFTs are also another form of token) decide your access, your reputation, your reliability.

We built the DAO Manager, which had a modular approach. Each of the modules take care of different aspects of the DAO Lifecycle, such as discussion, voting, proposal management, event management, courses, payouts, task management and so on. On top, DAO Manager enables people to handle Sub-DAOs.  When Chat GPT was launched, we added an AI assistant called Robin, making it easier for newcomers to understand things. For example, when a new proposal was being drafted, Robin would highlight all similar proposals in the past along with the general sentiments of the community. Robin handles translation so DAO members can talk to their community folks across the globe and so on.

DaoLens saw a very rapid and impressive growth in terms of the number of communities. However, DAOs are still somewhat immature. Communities prefer tools that do not affect their treasury, and as such, instead of the tool, the proposer's benefit takes centre stage. I directly supervised designs for Digital Care, Social Advertising, Listening & Analytics, Sprinklr Lite and Sprinklr Mobile. We introduced Virality across all modules and entities in Sprinklr with the idea of facilitating collaboration and external share. As a team, we also handled the post-acquisition merger of Nanigans into our Advertising Vertical leading to a complete revamps of Ads Composer and Ads Manager used by over 100 high-value clients. We further strengthened AI coupling across products. I led multiple global roadshows, and we conducted Global PHI (Product Happiness Index) Surveys.  The roadshow and PHI Survey also kickstarted a Growth Stream which resulted in visiting aspects like onboarding framework, email-based on usages and stages in the user journey, Growth App for on-the-go use cases etc. The app finally was launched in the mid of 2020.

Towards early 2020, I was briefly a part of the team collaborating with a global organization to combat Covid-Crisis through early detection, flagging, use of AI on social messages and through our powerful dashboards. In addition, I was directly involved in conceptualizing the use of voice in our Care Agent co sole and introducing features like Guided Path and Screen-Builders. We also rolled out the Media Insights Product globally and in close collaboration with the C-suite at HSBC. Other modules, like Smart Theme Explorer, were born. On the side, we were scaling rapidly. The team was heads-down on launching a new Design System, The platform-wide Dark Mode, Sprinklr Design Website (<a href="https://sprinklr.design/">https://sprinklr.design/</a>). I also established the New Member Experience Framework in this role. These products are generally independent of specific product verticals. I got the opportunity to collaborate with clients like Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin to define products around Video Marketing and Audience Insights. I also worked with Redbull around Asset Management and De-Duplication. I led Designs for DMP, which stands as the core module for audience segmentation and creation across Sprinklr product lines even today.  Led the design for Modern Research Forrester Wave in early 2018 with Sprinklr emerging as the leader.
