Vikash Kabra is a seasoned M&A and corporate finance specialist with over 15 years of experience in investment banking.

His expertise lies in leading cross-border M&A deals, strategic advisory, and equity & debt financing mandates primarily in the TMT sectors including Tech Services, Software, Fintech, Internet, and Digital Media.

Vikash has a passion for taking up challenges that lead to significant value creation, demonstrated through his work in dynamic entrepreneurial roles in nimble and agile organizations.

He excels in leadership, managing mid-sized, cross-functional, and multi-cultural project teams acquired through his global and local organizational experiences.

In his previous roles, Vikash played a vital role in establishing the Jefferies India technology franchise and the investment banking platform for Jefferies in India.

Before his time at Jefferies, Vikash gained valuable insights and experience working in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs and the ABAS division of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Vikash Kabra received his CA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also studied at FAPS and Bangalore University.

Currently, he serves as the Executive Director at NovaDhruva Capital, where he continues to leverage his wealth of experience and knowledge in the finance and M&A domain.

His previous roles include serving as the Director & Head - Technology Investment Banking at Spark Capital, Vice President - TMT/M&A Investment Banking at Jefferies, Analyst at Goldman Sachs, and ABAS Professional at PwC.
