Vikas Kawadia

Vikas Kawadia is a seasoned engineering leader known for his strong technical expertise in machine learning, distributed systems, and optimization, coupled with a keen product intuition. With a distinguished academic background, he pursued his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and furthered his education with an MS and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Vikas has excelled in roles where he has nurtured teams and spearheaded the development of groundbreaking products from inception to execution. Currently, he holds the position of Engineering Manager focusing on Machine Learning at Facebook.
