Vijayakumar (Vijay) Subramanian

Vijayakumar Subramanian is a highly skilled and experienced leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) Technology. He currently serves as the Vice President of HCM Technology at Goldman Sachs, where he leads the development and implementation of technology solutions to improve the firm's human resources strategies. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Subramanian has a deep understanding of HCM technologies, including human resources information systems (HRIS) and talent management systems. Prior to his current role, Subramanian held leadership positions at Oracle, ADP, and Tata Consultancy Services, where he worked on implementing HR and payroll solutions for global clients. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Madras.
