Currently, Vijay serves as the Managing Director and Head of MENAPT at Techstars, a prominent pre-seed technology investor with an expansive portfolio. His mission involves supporting founders in realizing ambitious visions and disrupting traditional paradigms.

In his capacity as the founding Tiger 21 Chair of Dubai, Vijay offers guidance to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, facilitating discussions on wealth management, investments, family dynamics, and philanthropy in a confidential and supportive environment.

Furthermore, Vijay holds key positions such as Chair of Board at Three Wheels United, a leading EV mobility company in India, and Strategic Advisor at Crestbrick, a premier property marketing firm in SE Asia. His diverse roles also include founding FalconLion Capital Advisory in the UK, serving as a Global Advisor to Scholar of Finance in the US, and acting as a Trustee at Richmond University in the UK.

Prior to his current roles, Vijay led as the Global CEO and Chairman of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) in Washington D.C., where he guided thousands of entrepreneurs worldwide on their personal and business growth journeys. He also contributed significantly to YPO, a premier peer-to-peer network for CEOs, holding various leadership positions.

With over four decades of entrepreneurial experience across seven industries in SE Asia, Vijay has founded and grown companies in sectors like Fashion Retail, Hi-Tech Safety Helmets, Events Production, and Corporate Venture Capital. His accolades include being named the 'Global Entrepreneur Person of the Year' by GOPIO and EO in 2003.
