With a background in Mathematical Models in Economics and Information Systems in Management, she offers strategic guidance on transformations at both strategic and tactical levels. Dr. Tsytsak excels in defining strategic milestones, managing complex projects, and setting up Project Management Offices (PMOs). She is skilled in breaking silos within enterprises and applying proven frameworks for changes based on strategic consulting best practices.

In the IT domain, Dr. Tsytsak leverages technology to enable business change, focusing on IT governance, processes, applications, and ensuring ROI and efficiencies for IT-related projects. She operates at various levels including IT Strategy, IT Solution, and Product, aligning with context, budget, and priorities. Passionate about education, she invests time in talent development, particularly in Ukraine.
