Victoria Wood is a seasoned tech employment professional with over 15 years of experience in developing and executing staffing strategies, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and more. With a strong track record in HR management and leadership, Victoria has worked with several reputed organizations in the tech agency recruitment space, including Talentbe and IntaPeople, where she demonstrated her valuable expertise in staff augmentation and sustainable talent acquisition growth.

In 2016, Victoria moved to an internal HR & Operations role for an IT solutions provider, bedigitaluk.com, where she went on to set up the HR function and led all things related to people and culture. Victoria is not only certified in Employer Brand Consulting but also holds a CIPD Intermediate Certificate Level 5 in HR Management, ILM Level 5 accreditation, and a PCG in Sustainable Leadership.
