Victoria Rose

Victoria Rose is a highly accomplished sustainability and investment management professional. With expertise in different asset classes, Victoria currently serves as the Managing Director of Aligned Investment Management, where she provides investment management services to wholesale clients. A former Director of Sustainability at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), she focused on promoting sustainable measures and increasing asset value through cost efficiency. Victoria has also worked with multiple property portfolios at UGL and previously implemented the initial stages of automated terminal operations in Australia while working with DP World.

Victoria was a member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board and chaired the Clean Technology Industry Group at the Australian Government. Additionally, Victoria has served on the Finance and Risk Committee at Link Housing and the Advisory Board Chair at Green Equity Management. In recognition of her contributions to the industry, she was voted Young Achiever of the Year by the Facilities Management Association of Australia.

Victoria's education includes a Fellowship Program in Sustainability at the Centre for Sustainable Leadership, a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Law; Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management, and a Master's in Sustainability from the University of Sydney. She also studied Business/Commerce, General at Harvard University.
