Victoria Ous is a tech enthusiast with a strong interest in AI, quantum, blockchain, and spacetech.

She excels in business development, talent and program management, and ecosystem building.

Currently focused on enhancing computer science education in the Netherlands.

Victoria led the decentralized incubator of Odyssey, a renowned open innovation program with a major blockchain & AI hackathon.

She has a track record of building supportive ecosystems for top teams from the Odyssey Hackathon to drive the adoption of innovative solutions.

She was pivotal in conceptualizing and executing the PHX, an in-conference that connects scientists, technologists, investors, founders, and creatives to influence positive changes in the world.

Her previous roles include leading impactful initiatives such as Rockstart Impact in Nepal, Capital On Stage across Europe, and Angel Island in the European investment & startup landscape.

Victoria champions knowledge-sharing and a pay-it-forward approach as evident from her involvement in Rockstart Answers.

In her academic journey, she obtained a Master's degree in Management from Nyenrode Business University, a Bachelor's in Economics and Business from the University of Amsterdam, and an International Business and Management Propedeuse from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.

She also holds a Baccalaureate in Mathematics from Mircea Eliade Lyceum.

Throughout her career, Victoria held roles such as Head of Partnerships and Partnerships & Talent Lead at Codam College, Incubation Lead at Odyssey, and Program Director at Rockstart Impact among other leadership positions in various organizations.

Her diverse experiences range from being the Co-founder & Chief Awesomeness Officer at Popices to leading global events at Capital On Stage.
