Victoria Lee

Victoria Lee is a technology licensing and commercial transactions attorney with a wealth of experience in representing both emerging growth and large global companies. She specializes in advising clients with disruptive business models in areas such as open source and cloud computing. With a background in intellectual property and technology issues, Victoria has provided counsel to both acquirers and targets in M&A transactions. Victoria holds a J.D. from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and an A.B. in History and Economics from the same institution. She has worked at DLA Piper as a Partner and previously held positions at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich.
