Victoria King

Victoria King is a dedicated individual with a passion for civil rights work and a strong commitment to serving marginalized and underrepresented communities.

She holds a dual degree in African American Studies and Government from Wesleyan University and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center.

Victoria brings a wealth of experience from various roles, including working as an Associate at Dechert LLP, serving as a Student Attorney at the Georgetown Law Civil Rights Clinic, and participating as a Corps Member at the COVID-19 Rapid Response Systems Summer Institute.

Her background also includes editorial experience as the Former Vol. 28 Editor-In-Chief at the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy, as well as research and legal internships at prestigious institutions such as the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and the Office of the Attorney General in Connecticut.

Victoria has also gained valuable insights through roles like the Summer Associate at Finn Dixon & Herling LLP, Criminal Law Intern at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, and Hilliard P. Jenkins Fellow at Frontline Solutions.
