Victoria Hope Lyseggen is the Founder and CEO of Neon Hope, a London-based accessories brand inspired by a sunrise.34 She founded the company in November 2018 and launched it in July 2019.3 Lyseggen's inspiration for Neon Hope came from a breathtaking sunrise on a beach at 6 am, the day after her wedding.1

Prior to founding Neon Hope, Lyseggen had experience working at Cape Digital LTD and MEST Africa.5 She holds a BSc in Management.2
