Before his tenure at Spurbuddy, Victor established platforms such as Wokkaholic, a freelance marketplace for skills-based services that later underwent acquisition, and JobHunters, an AI-driven job search engine streamlining job search and recruitment processes.

He pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts at the University of Port Harcourt and supplemented his education with courses from Startup School Online.
