Victor Shulga

Victor Shulga is a professional with a diverse background in business administration, psychology, insurance, transportation services, and customer service.

He pursued his education at Eastern Oregon University, where he studied Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelors of Psychology. Additionally, he obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration and Management from Mt. Hood Community College.

Prior to this role, he excelled as a 911 Dispatcher at Spokane County, showcasing his ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Victor has also contributed his skills to the transportation sector, having worked as a Transportation Services Representative at the Oregon Department of Transportation. His expertise in the insurance industry is evident through his past roles as an Insurance Broker at Mosaic Insurance of Portland and as a Member Service Representative at Oregonians Credit Union.
