Role & Achievements:


Built a highly skilled and integrated team from the ground up.
Led capital raising efforts, securing $6.8M from angel investors and venture capital.
Successfully obtained a Money Transmitter License in Florida and a Financial Institution License in Estonia.
Established numerous strategic banking partnerships.
Developed and implemented rigorous Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with BSA 31 and 70, and ensured continuous staff training.
Managed OFAC communications and SEC subpoenas.
Oversaw equity management, annual budgeting, and an annual transactional volume of up to $200 million.
Conducted audits in accordance with US GAAS standards, and led internal compliance reviews.
Responded to FBI and IC3 team inquiries concerning online criminal activity.
Developed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from scratch, and implemented a policy of continuous performance evaluation and improvement.
Managed customer support and ticket system monitoring.
Led the registration process for trademarks, copyrights, and provisional patents.
Authored employee handbooks for all departments, fostering a unified company culture.
Structured the company with parent holding and subsidiaries to optimize operations.
