Victor Kuzmenko is a seasoned professional with a strong track record in the banking and retail industries, notably at VTB Bank and Magnit.

During his tenure at VTB Bank, Victor demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and strategic acumen. He significantly grew the Corporate Loan portfolio, increased assets on the liability side, and achieved impressive operational income results by the end of 2017.

Victor's experience also includes successfully managing the operational merge of Bank of Moscow network in Moscow and Moscow region, showcasing his ability to handle complex organizational transitions.

As the head of a VTB Bank regional branch, Victor led his office to become the largest among 52 regional offices in Russia. Under his leadership, the loan portfolio with corporate customers experienced substantial growth, and he effectively managed to address bad debts, earning personal recognition from the VTB President.
