Victor Jansson

Victor Jansson, with a background in management and international hospitality, is known for his expertise in industry development, technology integration, and transport connectivity related to city projects such as the Belt Road Initiative (BRI).

Having lived and worked in China for 17 years, Victor has been actively involved in successful industry park projects like Chengdu Tianfu Software Park and Dalian Software Park. He recently moved to Saudi Arabia to contribute to the development of special economic zones aligning with the Saudi Vision 2030 plan.

Victor's professional experience encompasses industry planning, master planning, development strategies, branding, marketing, investment promotion, and the operation of large industrial park projects. He is notably the first non-Chinese national to hold a senior position in a state-owned enterprise under the Chengdu High-Tech Zone district government.

Before working with Parsons and the Royal Commission in Saudi Arabia, Victor specialized in logistics and manufacturing real estate asset investment at JLL in Shanghai, focusing on East China. He also held key roles at Fosun International, Yida Group, and Tianfu Software Park among others.

Victor, a Swiss and Swedish national, completed his education in International Hospitality Management at the Lausanne Hotel School and pursued studies in Mandarin language at the Beijing Language and Culture University.
