Victor Hsu

Victor Hsu is a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright's Los Angeles Office, specializing in Public Finance, Global Infrastructure, and Corporate and Securities matters.

With a diverse background in municipal securities, infrastructure finance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions, Victor serves a wide range of corporate clients in industries like retail, manufacturing, technology, and software.

His public finance expertise includes areas such as public power, transportation, water, wastewater, affordable housing, and lease financing, as well as proficiency in interest rate swap agreements and derivative products.

In his representative experience, Victor has advised on significant transactions such as securing a $545,900,000 TIFIA Loan for the largest public transit agency on the West Coast and provided counsel for a public company's going-private transaction.

Victor Hsu is a distinguished graduate of Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, with additional accolades including the Aaron Austin Godfrey Memorial Scholarship Prize and an Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Fellowship for his M.B.A. studies at the Yale School of Management.

His legal education was completed at Yale Law School where he also contributed as an editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review. Victor has been a practicing lawyer in California since 1987.
