Victor Cantone

Victor Cantone is a Section Executive at WSP (formerly Parsons Brinckerhoff), where he leads the Water group and oversees an engineering team of 30 individuals focusing on water utilities projects in South Australia and Victoria.

With a background in civil and environmental engineering, Victor holds a Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours from the University of Adelaide, where he specialized in water engineering and environmental engineering.

In addition to his engineering qualifications, Victor has completed the Professional Management Program at the University of Adelaide, enhancing his project and design management skills.

Over his tenure at WSP, Victor has been involved in various projects, including the design management of the Adelaide CBD smart water network project and the Victor Harbor WWN upgrade.

Victor is recognized as a Senior Project Manager at WSP and has expertise in hydraulic modeling, water distribution systems, wastewater network planning, water supply upgrade design, stormwater design, surge analysis, and water and salt balance modeling.

Proficient in tools like Water CAD, HEC-RAS, Hammer, and Hytran software, Victor brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to his role.

In his previous roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Victor served as the Team Manager for Water Infrastructure and as a Senior Water Engineer, further showcasing his commitment and leadership in the water engineering sector.
