Co-leads the LOIM Plastic Circularity Fund since its launch.
The fund was launched within the private assets platform of the Lombard Odier Group's Asset Management division, and is the first fund to take direct private-equity stakes as a lead investor. 

Article 9 fund focused on growth-stage European investments in companies that reduce plastic waste and carbon emissions in the plastic value chain, across innovative materials, circular consumption models and recycling. Minority investments as a lead investor or as a co-investor.

LPs include corporate investors, the sovereign fund of Monaco and other institutional investors as well as family offices and HNWI.

Fundraising and Finance at Mitte (Berlin, Germany). Raised close to 15m€ in funding to finance the launch of Mitte Home, a revolutionary convenient home system to filter, mineralise and carbonate water without plastic bottles.

Identified 100 targets, issued 15 LOIs and completed 3 acquisitions on top of Ecotone's take private from Euronext Amsterdam by PAI Partners in 2019.

Responsible for M&A strategy definition, targets identification, sourcing of opportunities, due diligence coordination with internal/external stakeholders and advisors, deal negotiation and execution and post- merger integration.

Completed and uncompleted M&A projects included:
- Companies throughout Europe from EUR 10 million to over EUR 1 billion Enterprise Value 
- Companies with or without manufacturing assets
- Carve-out of operations
- Friendly approach of listed companies
