Vicky Wells is a skilled General Counsel with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, having worked in start-up and FTSE 100 environments across various industries.

Possessing a proven track record of providing strategic legal counsel, Vicky has collaborated closely with senior executives and board members while leading high-performance teams.

Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of legal areas, including corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing ranging from startups to multi-billion-pound investments, venture capital, funds, infrastructure projects, and joint ventures.

In addition to her role as General Counsel at Anesco Ltd, Vicky has also served as VP Operations at Entrepreneur First, overseeing Legal, HR, Compliance, and Transformation teams, and contributing to the Entrepreneur First Executive Committee.

Vicky's educational background includes studying Law at Balliol College, University of Oxford, achieving a first-class degree, and completing her Legal Professions and Studies at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
