I was responsible for modernising the service, automating data collection, updating the assessment process, and creating a website for presentation of results for each local authority free-to-view online.

At Boilerhouse I was responsible for building a digital communications agency with a great record of innovation in its work with central and local government organisations, the NHS, the private sector – from multi-nationals to start-ups - and voluntary and not-for-profit organisations. I delivered a wide range of projects in the areas of web and digital design and development; data visualisation and presentation; creation of web apps and tools; traditional and digital communications strategy, planning and delivery, events design and delivery, and video production.
