Marketing Manager

• Manages promotions and events team to ensure successful implementation of all promotions, events, tournaments, etc.
• Works closely with the Vice President of Marketing in designing, creating and implementing promotions and multiple special events.
• Reviews and analyzes the results of all events, promotions, tournaments and direct mail to determine their profitability and makes changes to future programs as needed.
• Assists in the development of the Marketing department budget and tracks actual expense (including forecasts).
• Develops content of team member training programs and partners with ODT/ICM to ensure all team members are educated about new systems, methods of operation, promotions, etc.

Promotions and Events Manager

• Supervised the implementation of all casino promotions and special events.
• Assisted the Manager of Promotions and Events with interviewing, hiring, training team members; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarded and disciplined team members; addressed complaints  and resolved problems.

Promotions & Events Supervisor

-Design, create and implement promotions and multiple special events simultaneously. This includes identifying the target group, designing the promotion materials and educating team members and guests on upcoming events and promotions.

-Plan all special events in the Casino and Outlet Center: to include décor, entertainment, security, food, tickets, gifts, drawings, invitations, advertising, signage, schedules, site lay-outs and vendor involvement.

-Construct, from start to finish, all slot and table games drawings, tournaments and special events, from planning with Floor Supervisors and front line team members to securing approvals, purchasing supplies, advertising, and executing the promotion. 

-Coordinate all casino holiday promotions, design focus groups for V Club members and develop creative gift ideas for high profile guests.

Promotions & Events Coordinator

-Responsible for building strong relationships with guests through specialized, personalized, and preferential guest services

-Make bookings, reservations, and other requests for guest on and off property.  Call for shuttle, taxi, hotel reservations, etc

-Identifies and congratulates verified winners, takes photographs, interviews guests for marketing information, and secures signed release forms
