Vicky Booth is a highly experienced Talent Director with a passion for talent acquisition and management. Starting her career as a Senior Consultant at Nicholson Glover Consulting, she later worked as a Managing Consultant at Harnham before joining Ometria as a Talent Manager. Later, she was promoted to Senior Talent Manager and currently serves as Talent Director.
