Vicky Booth

Vicky Booth is a seasoned Talent Director with a strong focus on talent acquisition and management. She holds Bachelor's Degrees in History with French from the University of York and in History from Aix-Marseille Université. Booth began her career as a Senior Consultant at Nicholson Glover Consulting and later served as a Managing Consultant at Harnham. She then joined Ometria as a Talent Manager, where she was promoted to Senior Talent Manager and currently holds the position of Talent Director. In her roles, she has been instrumental in hiring top talent and fostering an inclusive organizational culture within the tech industry, leveraging her excellent communication skills and profound understanding of HR operations.
