Responsible for the marketing, sales, registrations, operations and curriculum planning of professional development programs: Supervisory Development, Certificate in Executive Management, Engineering Leadership, Certificate in Business Analytics and Digital Marketing Certificate offered through the Stayer Center for Executive Education in the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Teach modules in executive education programs on how businesses can be preparing for voice search, and leadership in an era of digital transition.

Assistant Director, Open Enrollment Portfolio

Oversight of staff and processes for recruitment, admissions and professional development of graduate students in BME Master’s and PhD programs. Launched the professional master’s program in BME. Interacted with the BME Graduate Committee and other faculty in curriculum design and planning, and new course development. Was responsible for curriculum planning and facilitation in the trio of online and on-ground grad-level courses in regulatory science. Designed a new online course on communications and leadership for engineers.

Student Funding and Awards
Manage the processes for selection and distribution of fellowships, scholarships and awards for students and faculty in the graduate program. Advise students who are struggling in the PhD qualification process. Serve on cross-disciplinary teams and committees with faculty and staff. Working to increase the departmental use of fellowship and scholarship funding for grad students - $100,000 increase in use of funds from 2015-2016.

Graduate Programs Director - Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering

Was the director of the professional development programming (non-credit course offerings) of Engineering Professional Education, a division in the College of Engineering at Purdue University. This included developing and nurturing partnerships with industry clients; development of short course programs to meet industry needs (including online certificate courses in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management); interacting with faculty instructors regarding the educational needs identified within industry and assisting with development of course delivery options.

Director, professional development programs

Responsible for the marketing of professional development short courses targeted toward agribusiness -- nationally and internationally. Position included management of the client database; website promotions and other electronic marketing; management of the design, production and dissemination of direct mail pieces; interaction with faculty instructors and staff in the strategic development and delivery of courses. Assisted with the cross promotions of dual-degree program -- MS-MBA in Food and Agribusiness Management offered jointly by Purdue University Department of Agricultural Economics and Indiana University Kelley School of Business

Marketing Manager

Served in a variety of communication roles for special projects with the Department of Human Resources. Conducted faculty and staff training on new systems (such as Ariba software) and became certified as a Master Trainer of Zenger-Miller materials offered by AchieveGlobal.

Communications Specialist

Managed communications between the company and the media serving the sofware industry; managed and participated in the creation of promotional material about the software product and related services of the company; served on the management team and led an outstanding group of communicators who created the technical documentation for the software and provided the copywriting for print and electronic media. Also facilitated the company's participation in local and national events and fundraisers.

Decisionmark Corp.

Public Relations Manager

Managed PR efforts for several agricultural clients' products including Treflan and Sonalan in the soybean and peanut markets for then DowElanco (now Dow AgroSciences). Also worked with John Deere in educational video production for the no-till drill and other best practices related to conservation tillage.

Public Relations Account Manager

CTIC is the Conservation Technology Information Center. It is affiliated with the National Assocation of Conservation Districts; and Agronomy in the College of Agriculture at Purdue University.
