Lead the teams for Talent Acquisition, Talent/Analytics/Change Management/Capability Development COEs and Future of Work.  Responsible for an integrated global talent strategy for Prudential's 49,700 employees with an eye to the employee and customer experience.  Charged with building a strategy for how to best position our talent, technology and competitiveness through our enterprise wide effort on Future of Work. Building a team from the ground up to lead this effort with key partners business and functional partners across Prudential.  Leading the charge to drive a capability orientation so that our businesses have the capabilities and the people needed to win.

Acted as a part of the President's executive team to develop and execute the Human Capital strategy for Moody's Analytics. Led the people integration of Moody's largest acquisition to date into the broader Moody's Analytics organization.  Partnered with stakeholders to build-out growth sites to ensure best deployment of resources to work.  Oversaw the global HRBP team to ensure seamless service to our almost 6000 employees.

Led a firm-wide initiative to develop business strategies that harness trends in fintech, regulation and delivery of investment services through new mediums including developing business plans and determine investment decisions.   Responsible for the valuation and negotiation of potential start-up acquisitions/partners, and new business/service models for AB to pursue. Built and managed a cross-functional AB innovation team of UX, UI, Developers, Strategists and Analysts. Led efforts to build business plans and prototypes of digitally enabled businesses through agile accounting for data architecture, legacy systems and appropriate ecosystem for new platforms.
