Viacheslav (Slava) Volkov

Viacheslav Volkov is the Managing Partner at Slava Executive Search & Selection, a distinguished executive search boutique that specializes in management recruitment for Senior and General Management. With vast experience conducting assignments both across and outside of Russia, CIS, and other countries, Slava is one of the world's 10 largest Executive Search networks having presence in 52 countries with 34 offices. Volkov started his academic journey studying MS, Civil Engineering, Bridges, and Tunnels at Leningrad Institute of Railway Engineers before continuing at Leningrad Marine School to study Navigation.

Before his role at Slava, Volkov was once the HR Manager at the Ministry of Transport Construction of the USSR and later worked as an Assistant Professor and Deputy of the Dean at Leningrad Institute of Railway Engineers. He even worked as a 4-th Mate at mv "Zapolyarny" at Murmansk Shipping Company.
