Our earth is drowning in plastic. By downloading the free Cardu app you can help the environment by replacing several of the over 70 billion plastic cards in a more sustainable way. Cardu has already transformed over 1 500 000 wallets filled with plastic in to a more ecological and smart form. 

A mobile card does not need to be printed, pressed, shipped or delivered only to be forgotten in a drawer or a wallet. In other words, the carbon footprint of a plastic card is far more than that of it’s mobile equivalent.

We've come from an annual revenue of 55 000 euros in 2011 to more than 14 000 000 in 2022. To get here, Gapps has had to transform several times. To reach the ultimate goals, it will take several transformations more. What remains the same, however, is the commitment to great people and the personalities that these people exhibit.

The Google ecosystem was lacking a digital workplace, so we decided to build one. Turns out companies on Google Workspace really like the product, so we negotiated VC funding and started expanding. 

Fast forward to 2022 and Happeo has hundreds of satisfied companies as customers and some 100+ people working at offices throughout the world. This is just the beginning, though!

During this fixed-term assignment I performed a viability analysis for two online business models. A highly entrepreneurial assignment by myself was a good primer for starting a company. The result was a happy client and a working business model ready for further development and, eventually, launch.

Reading articles, collecting data were the main activities; also scoped the players (purchasing agents, consultants and legislators) and conducted interviews.
