Verena Michelitsch is an Austrian graphic designer and illustrator with a rich background in the design industry. Currently based in New York, Verena has worked with renowned design studios and agencies such as Sagmeister & Walsh, Pentagram, and RoAndCo, before assuming the role of Design Director at Sid Lee New York. She holds a diploma in Communication Design & Information Design from FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences, where she graduated with honors and distinction. Verena also pursued courses in History of Arts at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz. She is the founder of Verena Michelitsch Graphic Design, Illustration & Art Direction and has previously held roles as an Art Director at Apple, Design Director at SID LEE, and Senior Designer at RoAndCo Studio, among others.
