Venzula Tate is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with several years of experience in project management and business analysis for public and private organizations. She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Dallas Baptist University and a degree in Computer Science from Tuskegee University. She possesses exceptional skills in organization, analysis, and design, and has a track record of managing software projects from initiation through closing, on time, and within budget. Tate has collaborated with multiple departments throughout various project phases, directed a team of developers to complete tasks, authored SOPs, and mapped process improvements that improved customer experiences.
