Currently, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Aquaconnect, where he leads the Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering team focused on enhancing AI products, including the development of an AI Advisory Product for shrimp farmers.

His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including Voice applications design & architecture, Voice user interface design, VoiceXML application development, Speech recognition applications, Speech recognition grammars, Phonetic pronunciations for various languages such as English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Pashtu, and Urdu, as well as Speech analytics.

Venkatesan has a background in Computer Science, having pursued a Bachelor of Engineering at Government College of Engineering Salem, Anna University.

He has a proven track record in deploying telco-grade CTI, IVR systems, and managing them effectively. Additionally, he has successfully implemented Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Voice Recognition (VR), and Text to Speech (TTS) technologies for mobile operators, showcasing his proficiency in delivering value-added services solutions.
