Specializing in reward strategy encompassing compensation & benefits, she has successfully led projects for multinational and local companies, managing local and remote teams across various areas of reward consulting.

Velma's expertise includes annual bonus, commission plan design, long term incentive plan implementation, performance management, pay for performance culture establishment, corporate governance, benchmarking, job grading, talent management, Human Capital Metrics, change management, annual pay review process enhancement, mobility, critical roles, specialized role and retention strategy programs, payroll, total reward statements, and flexible benefits review and outsourcing, as well as M&A integrated & harmonized T&Cs and pension funding strategies.

In addition to her practical experience, Velma Roberts has shared her knowledge by lecturing MBA classes on reward.
