Veljko Skarich's educational journey includes a BA in Political Economy and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, where he also participated in the Y Combinator Fellowship in W2016. He further honed his skills in Computer Science at the University of California, Davis.

Throughout his career, Veljko Skarich has showcased his expertise in various technical roles, including Software Engineering, Blockchain Consulting, and as a CTO and Co-Founder of Swarm Enterprises, which was later acquired by Integral Ad Science. His diverse experience also spans roles in Linux/Unix Network Administration and teaching.
