Vaughn Ratchford

Vaughn Ratchford is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in business operations, portfolio management, analytics, and asset management.

He pursued higher education, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree from New York University and completing Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees at the Lally School of Management and Technology within Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and the institute itself.

Beginning his career, Vaughn held various roles at reputable organizations. His notable positions include Senior Vice President of Business Operations and previously Vice President and Chief of Portfolio Management at the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Prior to his VP roles, he served as the Head of Analytics and Business Operations Analyst at Related Companies, showcasing his expertise in data analysis and operational strategies.

Vaughn's experience also extends to asset management, having been the Vice President of Asset Management at the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Before his venture into asset management, he honed his skills in finance and planning at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Manager of Capital Planning & Analysis.
