Vasan Srinivasan

Vasan Srinivasan is a results-focused and value-driven individual who strongly believes in taking care of people to ensure they, in turn, take care of the business.

With a background in Executive Management and IT, Vasan has extensive experience in owning departments and initiatives from inception to completion.

His expertise lies in delivering strategies, business models, and value propositions, alongside mentoring and coaching highly skilled technical teams.

Education-wise, Vasan has studied PRINCE2 Project Management, ITIL Service Management, AWS Cloud Computing, and holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Vasan has held key roles at organizations such as Capgemini, where he served as the Robotics Lead, End User Services Delivery Director, Service Improvement Manager, Head of Aspire Tools Management, Head of Innovation, Strategy & Improvement, and Head of Strategy & Planning for Configuration Management.

Prior to Capgemini, he worked as a Systems Architect at RBS Insurance and as a Senior Systems Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services.
