Varvara Ossintseva

Varvara Ossintseva is a seasoned Tourism, Destination Management & Intercultural Communication Expert with over a decade of leadership experience in Italy & Kazakhstan.

She possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excels in mediator skills, and has a knack for diplomacy cultivated in diverse cultural settings. Result-oriented, open-minded, and dedicated to her work.

Varvara holds a Specialist degree in Romance and Germanic Philology focusing on English, Italian, and German languages. She is also a Language and Literature Professor at Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.

Furthermore, she has completed a Master’s Degree in Tourism with a specialization in Tourism Economics, Marketing, and Destination Management at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli.

In addition, Varvara has a Master’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting Studies, where she graduated with honors and achieved a GPA of 3.7 at Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Sales & Reservations Manager in the Groups Department at Ignas Tour Spa, Eastern Europe Sales Manager at Destination Italia - Gartour, and Eastern Europe Accounting Dept. Supervisor at Destination Italia - Gartour.

She has also served as a Professor and External Relations Coordinator at Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages, along with being a Co-Founder at Centro Studi 'Italia' - Dante Alighieri Committee.
