Responsible for driving the growth of revenue and profit margins - Made the company operationally profitable from the 5th month of starting the operations. Achieved 15% MoM growth for the first 12 months.   

Analyzing cooking costs (micro economics) - Implementing methods to reduce wastage and increase profitability. Brought the wastage down to 2% from 5%. 

Maintaining quality & consistency - This is a particularly difficult job for a small company. So I developed SOPs that worked for me which helped maintaining consistency without increasing the costs.
