VanTrang Manges is the founder of Green Mustache, a Brooklyn-based, woman-owned business that specializes in creating innovative and delicious plant-based snacks like Mustache Munchies, baked 'cheese' crackers that are organic, gluten-free, vegan, and made with clean, healthy ingredients.

With a background in business administration, VanTrang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University's Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to founding Green Mustache, VanTrang served in various roles in prestigious organizations including being the Vice President & Secretary of Credit Risk Mgmt Committee, Board Risk Committee, Board Planning/Finance Committee at New York Private Bank & Trust, Vice President at GSO Capital Partners (Blackstone), and Associate in the Leveraged Finance / Financial Sponsor Coverage Group at Credit Suisse.
