Vanessa Hickman is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Information Technology and Administrative roles. She holds a Master of Science in Health Care Informatics from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from East Tennessee State University. Vanessa has a wealth of experience working for renowned organizations, including her roles as Assistant Vice President Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, and Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority. Prior to her time at the Airport Authority, she also held positions such as Director of Application Development at Gaylord Entertainment and Systems Engineering Manager at IBM.
