She has managed several businesses through acquisition, expansion, and evolution, changing the organization structure and developing innovative new services, such as AI, content, social media, and mobile to drive profitable growth.

Vanessa partnered with multiple stakeholders/clients and developed innovative digital and integrated consumer and B2B strategies and programs to drive brand affinity, engagement, and purchase intent/purchase. Her industry experience spans across Retail, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Lifestyle & Fashion, Luxury, Cable & Telecommunications, Wellness & Beauty, and Non-Profits.

Vanessa's education includes post-graduate studies in Marketing at Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Joint Honors degree in Russian Studies & English from Keele University, and secondary schooling from Woodbridge School, Suffolk, UK.

Vanessa has held several executive roles, including most recently as Chief Operating Officer and Former Chief Client Success Officer at Astound Commerce, CEO and Managing Partner at Fluid, and Managing Director NY, EVP Client Services & Business Development at Fluid. She was also formerly Senior Account Director at JWT, WPP, and Account Director at WWAV Rapp Collins. Vanessa began her career as an editorial assistant at Book Club Associates and held various roles, including Senior Product Manager and Editor, before moving to the digital marketing industry.
