Vance Roush

Vance Roush is the Founder and CEO of Overflow, a platform designed to facilitate and enhance charitable giving by allowing nonprofits, churches, and corporations to accept non-cash donations, such as stocks and cryptocurrencies. His mission is to inspire generosity and make the donation process more accessible, particularly for younger generations who may be deterred by traditional methods of giving. Overflow aims to address the fact that a significant portion of wealth is held in non-cash assets, yet many organizations primarily fundraise through cash donations.12

Roush's background includes experience in technology, having worked at Google, where he developed skills in product management and quality assurance. He later became the CFO of VIVE Church, which he co-founded, and it was there that he identified a gap in the donation process that led to the creation of Overflow. The platform simplifies the process of donating stocks and other non-cash assets, which he realized was often cumbersome and outdated, especially for millennials.23

In addition to his work at Overflow, Roush is involved in various philanthropic efforts and serves on multiple boards, including those related to suicide prevention and community service. He emphasizes the importance of generosity as a core principle in both his personal life and business.12 Roush resides in Silicon Valley with his wife and four children.1
