Vance Roush is a successful entrepreneur, marketer, and experienced product management professional. With a strong educational background in business, marketing, and information systems, he has gained invaluable experience in different organizations such as VIVE CHURCH, ADARA, Inc., and Google. Vance is the founder of the fast-growing job platform Overflow. Before that, he was the co-founder and executive pastor at VIVE CHURCH, where he oversaw operations and led various departments' growth. Vance also served as product quality associate at Google, where he ensured Google products meet user expectations. His experience extends to systems integration consulting, finance, audit, and youth advisory board membership at State Farm Insurance. Vance's marketing and IT expertise led him to his Marketing Coordinator/Tech Administrator role at the University of Washington. He was a program assistant for the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Gala at Ernst & Young. Vance studied Business, Marketing and Information Systems 3.8 (Cum Laude) at the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business, and continued his education at Università Bocconi.
