Vanathy Lakshmi is a seasoned product leader with over a decade of experience in ecommerce and omnichannel product management. With a Master's degree in Computer Application from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, Vanathy is an accomplished IT professional who has held a variety of leadership positions throughout her career.

Currently Vice President of Digital Product Management for Sally Beauty, Vanathy is responsible for product marketing, strategy, roadmap development and deployment, and team management. Prior to Sally Beauty, she held senior director and director roles at Walmart and Pier 1, respectively, leading digital product management teams responsible for omni-channel operations and development. She has also held management positions at Academy Sports + Outdoors, Cornerstone Careers (a division of Qurate Retail Group), and KalioCommerce.

Vanathy is known for her customer-first approach, strategic vision, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with ease. She is a certified agilist and a product evangelist who is passionate about disruptive innovation and creating customer value. Her skills and expertise include product management across omni-channels, product marketing, team leadership, customer experience (CX), and operations.
