Willem Van Der Niet is an experienced professional with a background in Filtration and Separation, Process optimization, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Chromatography Systems, Chromatography columns, Process Scale Chromatography, and Sales of capital equipment in the Biopharmaceutical industry.

He holds a degree in Analytical Chemistry from Hogeschool Leiden and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Open Universiteit Nederland.

Willem has held various key roles in his career including Senior Sales Manager at Pall Life Sciences, where he focused on Biopharm Systems in the EMEA region. Additionally, he also served as a Senior Sales Manager, Systems Sales Manager, Product and Project Manager at Pall Life Sciences.

Prior to his tenure at Pall Life Sciences, he gained valuable experience at Hitma Groep as a Technical Support Specialist, Laboratory Manager, and also as a Product and Project Manager. Earlier in his career, he was the Assistant Production Manager at Muiden Chemie and rose through the ranks to become the Manager of the Pilot Plant and Solvent recovery, as well as the Supervisor of the pilot plant.
