Senior Avionics Test Engineer

• Responsible for development and execution of automated testing solutions for avionics hardware throughout all stages of development including: Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), Unit Acceptance/Qualification Testing, and System Level Testing
• Develop automated test software suite utilizing LabVIEW and TestStand capable of validating full flight hardware functionally
• Design sensor simulators capable of supporting closed loop testing at system level
• Generate all documentation required to manufacture and operate test equipment including
mechanical drawings, interconnect diagrams, and harnesses
• Work closely with Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Production Test Labs to ensure a testable product is being developed and influence design to increase product reliability and test coverage.
• Root-cause analysis of test failures and communicating recommended actions.
• Perform environmental testing of flight hardware including: Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Humidity, Random Vibration and Shock

Avionics Test Engineer

•	Develop robust LabVIEW/TestStand system architecture participating in the initial equipment conceptual development and carefully balance product specifications, process requirements, layout complexity, cost and lead-time limits
•	 Support the team through the power-on to debug and finally to process fine tuning, validation, and release to production of the system from a software and hardware prospective
•	Interact with various design, manufacturing, and firmware teams thoughout project

•	Customer Technical Support: Learning from different market's applications (energy, big physics, automotive, telecommunication, aerospace & defense), and providing technical support on the company’s product line.
•	Providing troubleshooting support to the customers in order to achieve customer’s success.
•	Customer Education: Teaching in a classroom setting (10 to 20 people) and online technical classes on National Instruments’ products (software and hardware), improving customer’s skills and abilities.
