Valerie Ocampo, CPHR®

Valerie Ocampo is a dynamic multi-hyphenate professional with extensive experience in various fields. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Export Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. She also studied Secondary Education at Diliman Preparatory School and St. Paul College Pasig, and Grade School at Sisters of Mount Carmel Catholic School.

Ocampo has worked in operations, marketing, business development, and project management from various industries such as design, music, and retail. She held leadership positions such as people operations lead, operations lead, and executive assistant to the founders. Furthermore, Ocampo is passionate about digital transformation and leads tech-driven processes to ensure productive workspaces.

Ocampo served as Vice President for External Affairs and Assistant Vice President for Internal Affairs at Export Management Society. Her professional experience and leadership roles reveal her dedication to people, processes, and productivity.
