Prior to her role at Walrus, Valerie held the position of Head Producer at the same organization, showcasing her expertise in production management.

Valerie also has experience as the Owner/CEO of BACKBONE, demonstrating her entrepreneurial skills and leadership capabilities.

Before establishing BACKBONE, Valerie served as the Creative Service Director & Partner at Mad Dogs & Englishmen, where she honed her creative talents and strategic vision.
